This role owns technical scope across the full project lifecycle—from proposal development and CAPEX planning through to production ramp‑up and continuous improvement. The position flexes between project‑based engineering work and hands‑on manufacturing/process support, ensuring seamless integration of engineering intent into efficient, compliant, and optimized production systems. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related discipline)Experience:5+ years of manufacturing engineering and/capital projectsStrong experience with CNC programming, robotics, tooling, and production systemsExperience leading technical scope within multidisciplinary projectsExperience in defence or regulated manufacturing environments considered an assetKnowledgeStrong knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles and production processesUnderstanding of CNC/NC programming, robotics, tooling, and automation systemsKnowledge of CAPEX project execution including equipment design, installation, and commissioningFamiliarity with defence and regulatory requirements (CGP, ITAR/EAR, ISO/AS9100)Understanding of APQP, validation, and production readiness processesKnowledge of ERP systems, project controls, and technical documentation practicesSkillsAdvanced problem‑solving and root cause analysis skillsStrong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilitiesProficiency in CNC programming and manufacturing process optimizationEffective project coordination and technical leadership skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to develop technical documentation, reports, and proposalsIf you meet the above requirements and are ready to take on exciting challenges, we invite you to join our dynamic team!Your interest in this opportunity is appreciated.
