All applications are reviewed by human reviewers.Position SummaryThe Project Engineer – Manufacturing Integration is a hybrid technical leader responsible for bridging project execution and manufacturing operations. This role owns technical scope across the full project lifecycle—from proposal development and CAPEX planning through to production ramp‑up and continuous improvement. The position flexes between project‑based engineering work and hands‑on manufacturing/process support, ensuring seamless integration of engineering intent into efficient, compliant, and optimized production systems. The role supports the Project Manager in delivering complex programs while driving manufacturing excellence on the shop floor.About YouBridge project execution with hands‑on manufacturing supportManage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentTranslate technical requirements into practical production solutionsLead cross‑functional teams and influence outcomesIdentify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategiesDrive continuous improvement and operational excellenceEducation & ExperienceEducation:



Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related discipline)Experience:5+ years of manufacturing engineering and/capital projectsStrong experience with CNC programming, robotics, tooling, and production systemsExperience leading technical scope within multidisciplinary projectsExperience in defence or regulated manufacturing environments considered an assetKnowledgeStrong knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles and production processesUnderstanding of CNC/NC programming, robotics, tooling, and automation systemsKnowledge of CAPEX project execution including equipment design, installation, and commissioningFamiliarity with defence and regulatory requirements (CGP, ITAR/EAR, ISO/AS9100)Understanding of APQP, validation, and production readiness processesKnowledge of ERP systems, project controls, and technical documentation practicesSkillsAdvanced problem‑solving and root cause analysis skillsStrong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilitiesProficiency in CNC programming and manufacturing process optimizationEffective project coordination and technical leadership skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to develop technical documentation, reports, and proposalsIf you meet the above requirements and are ready to take on exciting challenges, we invite you to join our dynamic team!Your interest in this opportunity is appreciated.
