You will directly influence mobile equipment reliability across a high-performing underground gold operation, working alongside operations and maintenance leadership to eliminate downtime and drive measurable performance improvements. and operations to align prioritiesEngage vendors and technical resources as requiredContribute to a culture of accountability, communication, and performanceSafety & ComplianceEnsure all work plans meet safety and regulatory requirementsPromote and uphold a strong safety culture in all planning activitiesEducation and ExperienceCertified journeyman with 5‑10 years of experience.Previous planner experience an asset.Previous project management experience an asset.Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and listening skills.A high level of organizational skills, confidence, and decision‑making abilities.Ability to perform in a self‑directed, fast paced, team workplace.High degree of computer literacy (Microsoft Office and SAP) a definite asset.A thorough understanding of Maintenance management.Knowledge of Maintenance & Reliability terminology and processes.Working ConditionsThe schedule for this position will consist of 14 days on and 14 days off, 12 hours per day.CompensationThe salary range for this position is CAD $128,000 – $135,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.This role is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual short‑term incentive program.
