LeverageTek is actively seeking a Senior Front End Engineer with its Vancouver-based customer.Work Location The successful candidate will be required to work 3x/week on-site at the customer headquarters in Vancouver, BC.Key TasksRefactor and modernize an existing front-end codebase to improve scalability, maintainability, and separation of concernsDesign and develop a recent front-end architecture aligned with modern best practices and cloud-native principlesEstablish and implement front-end standards including component design, state management, routing, and data-fetching patternsBuild reusable UI components and contribute to a scalable design system and component libraryCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define API contracts and ensure seamless frontend-backend integrationDevelop and maintain automated tests (unit and end-to-end) to ensure application quality and reliabilityProvide technical leadership and architectural guidance while contributing hands‑on to development effortsKey QualificationsStrong proficiency in TypeScript and experience designing scalable, maintainable frontend architecturesProven experience working in complex or legacy environments, including refactoring and modernizing existing applicationsQualificationsExperience with modern state management and data‑fetching strategies (e.G., server‑state management,
