Become a vital part of BGC Okanagan as a part-time Child Care Worker at our OK Falls Club. Help children thrive through engaging activities in a safe, supportive environment every weekday.

This role focuses on nurturing and supervising children aged 6 to 12 years. Candidates will plan activities, liaise with parents, and maintain communication with community service providers. Your contribution will ensure that every child feels a sense of belonging while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Care for the safety and well-being of children
• Plan and implement engaging activities and events
• Transport children using Club vans for various excursions
• Train and support program volunteers effectively
• Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers

Requirements:
• Diploma or relevant experience in social services
• Must be at least 19 years old
• Current First Aid Certificate and Food Secure
• Class 4 Driver’s Licence required
• Successful completion of criminal record check
