Key Responsibilities:
• Execute repairs on rental properties, both occupied and transitioning
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on buildings
• Ensure all amenities are in valuable working condition
• Address emergency calls efficiently and effectively




• Fill out and complete maintenance work orders as needed

Requirements:
• Working knowledge in residential maintenance and renovation tasks
• Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and heating systems
• Experience with appliance repairs highly valued
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Must possess a valid class G driver’s license and reliable vehicle
