In this position within the In Residence Programs, you will directly oversee clients and assist in implementing daily activities. Your responsibilities include maintaining a safe atmosphere and promoting healthy routines among clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure client supervision and program structure
• Facilitate and support daily activities and events
• Conduct safety checks and respond to incidents
• Document shift logs and client communication
• Live as a role model in spiritual maturity
Requirements:
• Education in relevant fields is an asset
• Experience in addiction or residential care preferred
• Clean driver's license and current First Aid Certification an asset
• Safe food handling certification needed
• Obtain and maintain Vulnerable Sector Clearance
