In this position, you will support residents at St. Michael’s and play a key role in their daily lives. Ensure personalized care while maintaining a home-like setting. Strong candidates will have experience in food service and housekeeping, alongside a desire to serve seniors with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow all relevant policies and procedures
• Support resident independence and individual needs
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all work areas
• Assist with meals and laundry services as needed
• Communicate effectively with supervisors about resident changes

Requirements:
• Completion of a Health Care Aide program
• Registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs
• Experience in caregiving or meal service is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Physically fit to perform required duties
