Mélanie Construction Inc. is seeking a Construction Labourer to join its dynamic team on a full time basis. This role involves loading and transporting materials, mixing concrete, and performing maintenance work. Working closely with owners and local contractors, this position enhances your skills while ensuring high-quality service in our ongoing expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Load, unload, and transport materials for construction
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete and asphalt
• Clean and organize salvaged construction materials




• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools
• Safely clean up spills and remove debris from sites

Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 months of relevant experience
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Proficiency in English or French communication
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
