In this position, you will handle day-to-day security tasks, enforce compliance, and mentor a disciplined team. Robust experience in the mining sector is preferred, enabling a proactive approach to site security. Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily protection activities and assign Guard duties
Oversee personnel screening and vehicle checks
Conduct audits of patrol routes and activity reports
Lead onboarding and mentoring for Senior Guards
Coordinate emergency response during incidents and drills Requirements:
5+ years in industrial or remote-site security
Proven leadership in supervising security teams
Valid Provincial Security Guard License and clean Class 5 Drivers License
Proficient in MS Office and digital security systems
