Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic RECE- Supervisor to lead and support our early childhood education team. In this vital role, you will oversee classroom operations, ensure compliance with licensing standards, and foster a nurturing setting where children can thrive. Your leadership will inspire staff, promote best practices in caregiving and teaching, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality care.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily classroom activities, ensuring they align with educational goals and licensing requirements
Support and mentor teaching staff to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences for children
Oversee caregiving routines, including meal times, naps, and hygiene practices, to promote health and safety
Collaborate with team members to create inclusive environments that accommodate children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities
Maintain accurate documentation related to children's progress, attendance, and incident reports
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies governing early childhood programs
Foster positive relationships with families, providing regular updates on children's development and addressing concerns promptly
Qualifications
Valid registration as an Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) or equivalent qualification
Proven classroom experience working with young children in early childhood settings
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
Strong background in teaching methodologies and caregiving practices for early learners
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively
Knowledge of early childhood education principles, health & safety regulations, and licensing standards
Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with children, families, and team members
