Physiotherapy is seeking an Orthopedic and/or Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Etobicoke. This role is a replacement position with an established, active caseload. Compensation & Growth Potential - Aim to earn $100,000+ annually (Full-time: 35 available hours, 80% booked, 80% retention) - Compensation starting at $75 per client hour - Base hourly and base + commission models available during caseload build - Up to $1,500 per quarter in performance bonuses - Guaranteed yearly compensation increases* - Health Spending Account and extended health benefits *Opportunities to advance into senior associate and paid mentorship roles are available based on performance.
