Become a Client Service Administrator at HearingLife Canada, where your customer service skills will create lasting connections. This position runs Tuesday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, ensuring thoughtful client care.

In this role, you’ll make a significant impact by providing exceptional service to clients on their hearing journey. You'll manage incoming inquiries, schedule appointments, and support the clinic aesthetics to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Become an integral part of a team that values client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact, delivering outstanding service
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for seamless clinic operations
• Keep waiting areas organized and supplies well-stocked




• Facilitate administrative support for clinicians and events
• Process transactions and manage insurance claims with accuracy

Requirements:
• At least 2 years experience in customer service
• Exceptional organizational skills for multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for record-keeping
• Robust attention to detail in financial dealings
• Courteous and professional communication skills
