Mt. Seymour is hiring fifteen full-time Ski/Snowboard Instructors for its Snow School team. Candidates should have current CSIA, PSIC, or CASI certification, as well as strong customer service and skiing skills. You will ensure a safe and educational experience while conducting lessons that adhere to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct skiing and snowboarding following industry methodology
• Assess guests' abilities to develop tailored lesson plans
• Promote Alpine Responsibility Code during lessons
• Monitor snow and weather conditions for safety
• Maintain accurate records and participate in training sessions

Requirements:
• Current CSIA, PSIC, or CASI certification required
• Advanced skiing or snowboarding skills needed
• Prior teaching or coaching experience preferred
• Solid communication and team skills essential
• Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions
