As a Laboratory Assistant at Dynacare’s LHSC, you will be responsible for accurate data entry, blood sampling, and creating a supportive patient environment. This role is key in ensuring timely testing results and fostering a positive experience for all patients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enter patient and test information efficiently
• Facilitate blood draws using effective phlebotomy skills
• Conduct ECGs and sort laboratory specimens
• Follow procedures for documentation and sample handling
• Uphold confidentiality and contribute to compliance metrics

Requirements:
• CSMLS or BCSLS certification needed
• Minimum 1 year of relevant phlebotomy experience preferred
• Solid English communication skills, verbal and written
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
• Typing speed of 25-40 words per minute required
