Join S.U.C.C.E.S.S. as a Case Manager dedicated to survivors of violence in Richmond. This role is vital in connecting clients with empowering job and training opportunities.

As a temporary full-time Case Manager, you will work within a multi-agency framework to provide comprehensive support for survivors and other vulnerable populations. Your responsibilities will involve assessing needs, creating individualized plans, and managing a consistent caseload while ensuring all documentation meets required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and follow up on active client cases
• Create individualized action plans for client success
• Utilize ICM for effective case management tracking




• Conduct Client Needs Assessments systematically
• Link clients with essential community and employment programs

Requirements:
• Passion for supporting women and marginalized communities
• Relevant education or experience preferred
• Solid communication and case note skills
• Understanding of trauma-informed practices is essential
• Must pass a criminal record check for vulnerable populations
