Job Description
We’re looking for Skilled Labourers who can work safely, use tools and equipment, and help keep the job site running smoothly. If you have experience, work hard, and can handle the physical demands of construction, this role is a good fit.
What You’ll Do
Use hand tools and power tools
Help with site clean‑up and setup
Follow all safety rules
Help install concrete and footing work
Operate equipment like jackhammers, drills, skid steers, zoom booms, and aerial lifts (tickets required)
Use pumps, compressors, and generators
Load and unload materials
Build and take down scaffolding and temporary structures
Grind, sand, scrape, and polish surfaces
Help build forms for walls, slabs, stairs, and footings
Mix, pour, and spread concrete
Dig trenches, backfill, and level ground
Align forms and strip/assemble form systems
Qualifications
Experience in 3+ construction tasks/trades
Concrete skills: pouring, spreading, finishing
Able to use hand and power tools safely
Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting
Valid equipment tickets (skid steer, aerial lift, telehandler)
First Aid/CPR (preferred)
Good communication with supervisors, coworkers, and customers
Able to manage time and work with minimal supervision
Strong customer service and teamwork
Adaptable, willing to learn, and open to improving how work gets done
Physical Demands
Lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and handle strenuous tasks
Work outdoors in all weather
Exposure to construction noise and hazardsUse required PPE
Able to climb ladders and work around heavy equipment
Positive coordination and manual dexterity
