Key Responsibilities:
• Support new hire onboarding and training processes
• Act as a mentor and resource for new employees
• Deliver hands-on training to develop team skills




• Document training completion and monitor follow-ups
• Foster a positive and team-oriented team setting

Requirements:
• College education or two years in manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to report on training completion accurately
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
