Key Responsibilities:
• Find the optimal services for every patient
• Oversee appointment scheduling and management
• Facilitate billing,



invoicing, and administrative duties
• Address and resolve patient inquiries swiftly
• Ensure exceptional service standards are met

Requirements:
• Relevant education in healthcare is an asset
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare settings
• Experienced with EMR systems like Jane
• Strong collaborative and communication abilities
• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
