As the Nursery Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of nursery activities, ensuring optimal growth conditions while contributing to Prince Edward Island's ecological initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing weeding and watering, monitoring nursery health, and supporting tree conservation activities. You will collaborate closely with the 2 Billion Trees Coordinator and the Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead nursery care activities for optimal seedling health
• Monitor and address nursery issues from pests and diseases




• Document seasonal activities and operational practices
• Manage native tree seed collection processes
• Assist with tree planting initiatives and logistics

Requirements:
• Solid interest in native tree conservation and restoration
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Experience in supervising staff or tree planting preferred
• Education in biology, botany, or forestry is an asset
• Reliable transportation to Glenaladale Estate required
