Job Description: The Assessor Coordinator - Degree is responsible for referral management and case management within the Childrens Therapy Services department. The Assessor Coordinator - Degree is accountable for establishing and maintaining positive liaison between the clients, referral sources and Childrens Therapy Services.
The Assessor Coordinator - Degree is accountable for screening, referring, reviewing, planning and facilitating safe care for children and their families.
Human Resources Exemption: No
Education Degree in a health or social science related field.

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
