In this position, you will be responsible for scheduling and registering music students, handling payment processes, and communicating with teachers. The Lessons Associate also assists in maintaining updated student records and organizing recitals throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:
• Register students and manage scheduling for lessons
• Answer phone inquiries and relay messages swiftly
• Assist in collecting lesson payments and overdue balances
• Support the Lessons Coordinator in record updates
• Help coordinate recitals and special music events

Requirements:
• Proficiency in Mandarin for effective communication
• At least one year of instrumental music studies required
• Basic musical instrument knowledge considered an asset
• Available weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Strong customer service and clerical skills required
