Summary
As a Senior Sales Associate you will drive sales and cultivate long-term client relationships while supporting daily store operations. The role requires meeting and exceeding sales and client data capture targets, delivering exceptional after-sales service, and contributing to team coaching and events. You will also assist with inventory, visual standards, and register operations to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets and client data capture goals

Create and maintain genuine client relationships including after-sales follow up and service

Support daily store operations: opening and closing registers, visual maintenance, inventory tasks, and consignment handling

Process returns and exchanges and maintain seamless inventory operations throughout the day
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of retail experience

Organizational skills, accuracy, and reliability

Computer proficiency including retail POS, Word, Excel, and email

Proven track record in clientelling and ability to thrive in a rapid-paced retail environment

Strong multitasking ability and an entrepreneurial, sales-focused personality
