The Care Company seeks a reliable OTA/PTA to join our community-driven rehabilitation team. Working under the guidance of Registered Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, you will assist clients in York, Simcoe, and surrounding areas. This role emphasizes helping clients maintain active and independent lives through targeted exercises and support services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement treatment plans for OT/PT supervision
• Assist with mobility and functionality training




• Document and monitor client progress carefully
• Provide caregiver education and support
• Maintain communication with the interdisciplinary team

Requirements:
• OTA/PTA certification from an accredited institution
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Robust English communication skills
• Recent TB test and CPR/First Aid certification
• Ability to work independently and assess client needs
