Join the City of Thunder Bay as a Full time Primary Care Paramedic in Platoon A. Utilize your medical skills to assess, treat, and transport patients safely and efficiently. This role involves responding to emergency calls, conducting patient assessments, and providing critical care according to established protocols.

You will play a vital part in ensuring protected patient transportation and maintaining equipment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential for coordinating effectively with Central Ambulance Communication Centres. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to ambulance calls within specified timeframes
Conduct patient triage assessments and evaluations
Administer care per Basic and Advanced Life Support standards
Document ambulance call reports accurately
Maintain and decontaminate equipment and vehicles Requirements:
Certified Primary Care Paramedic as per Ambulance Act
Valid Ontario Class “F” driver's license
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Competency in Occupational Health and Safety
