We're looking for a prep cook to join our small kitchen team.

This is a part-time position, typically 2 shifts per week, with the opportunity to pick up an additional shift during private events or special dinners.

Typical schedule:
Tuesday & Wednesday or Monday & Wednesday
Daytime/Midday prep shifts
Adaptable scheduling for someone balancing another restaurant job, school, or other commitments

About the Role Our menu changes frequently and is built around thoughtful, seasonal ingredients. You'll work alongside a small team preparing everything from house-made spreads and preserves to charcuterie accompaniments, vegetables, sauces, desserts, and event mise en place.

You'll help prepare dishes such as tartines, crudo garnishes, seasonal vegetables, boards, and other wine bar snacks, while ensuring everything is organized and ready for service.
