Define and lead the risk appetite framework for reputational risk
Establish monitoring plans meeting regulatory requirements




Analyze and anticipate emerging risks proactively
Develop and document operational practices and policies
Lead cross-sector teams for strategic alignment Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, risk management, or related field
Minimum eight years relevant experience, including five in risk management
Significant strategic advisory experience in complex settings
Knowledge of French required
