As a Lift Operations Lead Hand, you will assist in the management of the Tube Park and Bungee Trampoline, ensuring fun and secure operations for all visitors. With a minimum of one year’s experience supervising chair lifts, you will ensure that safety protocols are followed. Your leadership will guide your team in delivering exceptional service and maintaining the park's activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and supervise afternoon operations at Tube Park
• Maintain the highest safety standards throughout activities




• Communicate directions effectively to staff
• Present yourself with professionalism daily
• Enforce safety and operational procedures and documentation

Requirements:
• A year of experience in lift operation supervision
• Proven guest service and leadership skills
• Clean BC class 5 driver’s license required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Capable of physical work in outdoor settings
