Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and train scoop shop associates in service excellence
• Ensure high-quality, friendly service for every guest
• Oversee daily operations and maintain cleanliness standards




• Drive sales and monitor key performance metrics

Requirements:
• 1–3+ years of leadership experience in food service or hospitality
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory and cash handling
• Full availability, including weekends and holidays
• Proficient in navigating digital platforms
