Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement child-care programs for growth
• Supervise and support staff, trainees, and volunteers




• Engage children in storytelling and music
• Maintain daycare equipment and organize spaces
• Document and communicate child progress to parents

Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate
• Minimum of 7 months experience in childcare
• Familiarity with licensing regulations
• Solid observational and communication skills
• Ability to create a nurturing environment
