You will develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs while ensuring accurate record-keeping and client education. Enhancing clients' rehabilitation experiences in their own settings is key to this role. Key Responsibilities:
Assess clients and adjust treatment programs as necessary
Maintain compliance with clinical record-keeping standards




Educate clients and caregivers on treatment methods
Supervise and mentor Rehabilitation Assistants
Engage in ongoing education and quality improvement activities Requirements:
Degree in Physiotherapy (Bachelor/Master)
Good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
Preference for two years of practical experience
Experience in home health assessments is preferred
