Region of Waterloo is seeking a Training Specialist in Paramedic Services to coordinate training for paramedics, manage annual certification, return to work, and CME, ensuring compliance with standards.

You will oversee instructors, research best practices, develop education plans, and collaborate with base hospital and other divisions to improve patient care. This full time role requires knowledge of paramedic services, adult education, and solid coaching and communication skills.
