B&R; Eckels is seeking a Pilot Truck Driver to support over-dimensional load movement from the Bonnyville location.

This role supports secure, reliable transportation service with a team that values practical training, robust communication, and a workplace culture built around employee safety and customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities
Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Work away from home for extended periods of time.
Assist with operator tasks on job sites.
Ensure the safe movement of over-dimensional loads.
Ensure proper permission from road authorities before removing or adjusting bridge railing, traffic control devices, or roadway structures.
Maintain adequate distance in front of or behind the unit carrying the load to warn approaching vehicles.
Maintain constant two-way radio communication with the over-dimensional load driver and other pilot drivers.




Make the travelling public aware of over-dimensional loads and direct or control traffic when necessary.

Qualifications
Valid Class 5 licence; cannot be a GDL licence.
High school diploma or GED.
One year of experience in yard operations.
Willingness to work away from home, including night shifts and overnight shifts.
