We operate as trusted advisors to our clients and take pride in delivering thoughtful, hands-on leadership across every stage of development.The OpportunityWe’re seeking an experienced Development Coordinator to step into a high-impact role supporting the CEO and Development Managers on several large, complex projects in the Lower Mainland.This role is designed for someone who already operates with many real estate development skills and can plug in immediately. You will be trusted to understand projects deeply, anticipate needs, and help drive work forward — not just react to tasks as they arise.For the right person, this role offers a clear path toward increased leadership and responsibility over time.About the RoleThis is not an entry-level coordinator role.You will act as a key extension of the CEO on active projects, helping ensure meetings are well-prepared, decisions are informed, and project momentum is maintained. This requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to think one or two steps ahead.You’ll be involved across multiple phases of development — from acquisition and approvals through design coordination and construction — working closely with senior leadership to solve problems, test ideas, and refine project strategy. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the CEO and Development Managers in advancing multiple complex projects across the Lower MainlandPrepare meeting agendas, briefing materials,
and background analysis to ensure productive, decision-ready meetingsDevelop a deep understanding of each project to anticipate upcoming needs, risks, and decision pointsCoordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders across planning, design, and construction phasesTrack schedules, deliverables, and approvals to keep projects moving forwardAssist with financial models, pro formas, budgets, and internal reportingPrepare explicit, polished presentations and reports for client and internal useIdentify issues early and propose practical solutionsHelp maintain clarity, organization, and momentum across a demanding project portfolioWhat We’re Looking ForYou have meaningful experience in real estate development and can step into complex projects with minimal onboardingYou naturally anticipate what’s needed and prepare before being askedYou communicate clearly and professionally with senior stakeholders, consultants, and clientsYou’re comfortable working with numbers and using financial analysis to support recommendationsYou thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and evolving scopesYou’re coachable, curious, and interested in growing into a long-term leadership roleQualifications2-6 years of experience in real estate development, development coordination, or a closely related fieldA post-secondary degree in real estate, commerce, business, planning, or a related discipline would be helpfulDemonstrated experience coordinating consultants and advancing projects through approvals and deliveryStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skillsComfortable working in a fully in-person, cooperative office environmentWork EnvironmentThis is a full-time, in-person role based in our office five days a week. We believe proximity enables better collaboration, faster learning, and stronger project outcomes.CompensationAnnual Salary: $85,000–$120,000
