Take on a Construction Handyperson role at Pacesetter Homes in Edmonton for a 6-month term. Engage in hands-on construction tasks while ensuring safety and quality on-site.

This position reports to the Construction Manager, supporting activities for single-family homes and other residential buildings. You'll be involved in a range of construction responsibilities from carpentry to quality control, while fostering a safe work environment consistent with company values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Site Superintendent on construction activities
• Complete various general construction tasks and repairs
• Ensure strict compliance with Qualico’s safety standards




• Oversee adherence to building codes and construction quality
• Help develop skills among team members through coaching

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 1 year relevant construction work experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are necessary
• Comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office tools
• Must have personal trade tools and equipment
