Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain outdoor areas, including plant care and trash pickup
• Ensure thorough cleaning of all common spaces and hallways




• Prepare units for occupancy by performing deep cleans
• Organize and manage cleaning supply inventory
• Regularly inspect facilities for cleanliness and maintenance

Requirements:
• Experience with effective cleaning practices
• Strong ability to work without supervision
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
• Compliance with training and company procedures
• Background check required for position
