In the role of Assistant Centre Director, you will partner with the Centre Director to oversee essential operations and facilitate the qualified growth of your team. Responsibilities encompass recruitment, policy implementation, administrative tasks, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards within the centre. You’ll play a vital role in fostering communication with parents and guardians, strengthening the community's trust.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support and develop staff to achieve educational goals
• Oversee payroll and manage administrative duties




• Enforce provincial childcare regulations
• Ensure completion of mandatory staff training
• Engage with parents regarding children's care needs

Requirements:
• Level 3 Early Childhood Education (CWS) certificate
• Familiarity with licensing and accreditation standards
• Compliance with local childcare employment requirements
• Required health assessments and immunization
• Hold CPR and First Aid Certification
