As a Registered Practical Nurse at Humber Valley Terrace, you will specialize in providing essential support to residents with dementia and responsive behaviors. This temporary full time role emphasizes individual assessments and personalized care strategies. You'll work collaboratively with families and the care team to enhance residents' well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote abilities and quality of life for residents
• Utilize assessment tools to identify behaviors and risks
• Ensure care plans are responsive to residents' needs
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for medication consultations




• Facilitate staff mentoring and quality program participation

Requirements:
• Valid Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses
• Two years of experience in a similar healthcare role
