Aberdeen City HSCP is hiring a Community Nurse for a temporary, 21-hour-per-week position at Aberdeen Health Village. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical input and contribute to supportive environments for neurodivergent children and their families. Your efforts will revolve around collaboration with healthcare, education, and community sectors to ensure timely, coordinated support in everyday settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical contributions to interdisciplinary discussions
• Collaborate with families to build supportive narratives
• Gather assessment evidence for quality decision-making
• Develop and execute neuro-affirming practice training
• Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision
Requirements:
• Registered Community Nurse with relevant experience
• Strong commitment to working with neurodivergent youth
• Full driving license and willingness to travel
• Engagement in cooperative, inclusive care practices
• Passion for improving systemic healthcare processes
