Your Team:

Join Flair’s Flight Operations team, where safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the airline’s Boeing 737 fleet is the foundation of daily performance. Reporting to the Chief Pilot, the First Officer operates flights across Canada, the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean. This role supports compliant, dependable flight operations while contributing to a consistent, skilled experience for guests as the network continues to grow.





The First Officer is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of each flight in accordance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and standard operating procedures. Core responsibilities include assisting with pre-flight preparation, managing in-flight duties, and completing post-flight tasks, while maintaining clear and effective communication with operational teams. The role requires strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and a consistent commitment to safety and professionalism on every flight.

This position is available at our pilot bases in Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, and Montreal.

The duties of the First Officer include:

- Conducting detailed pre-flight inspections of aircraft systems, records, and operational requirements to ensure readiness for departure.
