The Planner works with the site Supply Chain Director, Planning Manager, or both, in achieving Planning-related deliverables, as per best practice, to align alignment to Creation Performance Objectives. Working closely with the CFT and Buyers, they are accountable for material availability and cost to effectively meet both the customer’s needs and our internal supply chain metrics.

Success in the role includes a positive, proactive approach to daily work along with strong communication and organizational skillsDUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:Perform Bill of Material (BOM) reviews as part of the Quote of Award (QoA) and Engineering Change Order (ECO) processesResponsible for all Demand Management related additions, and changes, to the ERPEvaluation, analysis, and customer communication regarding PPV/CPV approvalRequisition Release review and actions, as required, to support material purchasesClear to Build Analysis and reporting of Material Availability by project, including identification of last part in houseIdentify priorities for Buyer actions relating to execution of material plan and material expedites,Liaise with cross functional departments and global functions as neededAddress and support resolution in regard to MRB materialResponsible for target customer inventory levels, turns, projection and inventory optimizationReview and manage strategic material plans (Plan for Every Part, Safety Stock etc.).Perform Bill of Material (BOM) reviews as part of the Quote of Award (QoA) and Engineering Change Order (ECO) processesDrive adherence to the customer MSA with respect to E&O;, Inventory Turns, PPV Recovery and other Supply Chain related responsibilitiesDetermine and manage implementation dates, and material cost impacts, associated with ECOs,



part/project end of life and part last time buy.Support execution of End of Life (EOL) programs (transfers, project completion, disengagement) regarding customer liability claims, excess and obsolete material, and any related disposition.Accountable for communication of order commits, and supplier order status, to Program Managment, including material shortages and delaysResponsible for the What-If Scenarios, and MRP demand date management, with forecast and waterfall analysis if applicableCreation of, or direction to create, work orders once clear to buildOther duties and responsibilities as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s major in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Commerce, Operations, or equivalent combination of educational and work experienceMinimum of 2-3 years of Supply Chain experienceProficient English business communications skills, both written and verbalProficiency in operating a computer including using a Windows based operating systems and related softwareIntermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel (v-lookups, data filters, pivot tables etc.)ERP system experience within a Supply Chain workplace including planning, inventory control, and purchasingExcellent organizational and administrative skillsSelf-motivated team player, able to work well under pressureDemonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilitiesAbility to define problems, collect data, analyze information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions, in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variablesCan act as a liaison between procurement,

Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits.
