MAIN FUNCTION Reporting to the Operations Director, the Production Manager plays a strategic role in managing and optimizing production operations. The role ensures process performance, product quality, and a protected, motivating work environment that supports team development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Supervise 4 department managers and supervisors and support the development of their skills.

- Monitor and adjust the production schedule to meet performance objectives.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to ensure product quality while reducing operational costs.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to meet daily targets and implement continuous improvement projects.
- Develop team skills through training and coaching to achieve company performance standards.
- Propose and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide continuous improvement initiatives.
