In this role, you will be the primary contact for platform support queries, maintaining stability and availability of our offerings.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and product teams, monitoring system health and addressing issues promptly. This position allows you to influence operational practices while gaining experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate and resolve platform issues proactively
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders daily
- Maintain documentation and improve operational processes
- Support testing and implementation of fixes
- Develop scripts to automate support tasks Requirements:
- Proven experience in a platform support role
- Strong AWS skills (EKS, EC2, RDS)
- Excellent IT and organizational skills
- Effective communication with all stakeholders
