Elevate daily operations at EQ3 as an Operations Supervisor at our Polo Park store. Lead the team with your expertise in inventory management and customer support. In this full time supervisor role, you’ll manage daily activities, providing leadership coverage in the absence of senior management.

Collaborate closely with Stock Associates and maintain a sharp focus on customer inquiries regarding service parts, shipping dates, and product issues. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on Duty when required
Support and guide Stock Associate team members
Respond to customer inquiries effectively
Complete accurate weekly cycle counts
Process incoming shipments and maintain stockroom organization Requirements:
1–3 years in retail operations or inventory management
Solid customer service and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
