Become an integral Accounting Specialist in a full time on-site position, handling various accounting tasks. Manage payroll processes, reconcile financial discrepancies, and produce comprehensive reports.

This role invites individuals with 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience. As part of the team, you'll work closely on ledger maintenance and execute accounting schedules. Responsibilities include managing payments to vendors, addressing financial reporting issues, and preparing annual budgets for better financial control.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support account reconciliation and payroll management
• Review and manage financial documents and payments
• Produce and rectify financial reports as needed




• Post receipts and handle prepayments accordingly
• Ensure proper operation of financial systems and tools

Requirements:
• College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years in an accounting role
• Proficient in financial database and spreadsheet software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
