This position in the South Cowichan Recreation Division requires a minimum of secondary school graduation and one year of experience in food preparation and management. As a Food and Beverage III, you will report to the Food and Beverage Coordinator to assist in the effective operation of services. Experience with short order cooking and advanced Food Safe certification are essential to ensure quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the operation of food services
• Support food preparation and cooking tasks




• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Manage concession style cooking and service
• Train and supervise junior staff as needed

Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation required
• One year of relevant food service experience
• Food Safe Advanced Certification required
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Basic First Aid Certificate required
