In this term position, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and focus on delivering tailored insurance solutions for existing and new clients. You will manage your Personal Lines Book of Business, ensuring all policies align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and sales targets annually
• Prospect and convert current customer leads
• Retain and manage assigned Personal Lines Book




• Review coverage options and perform annual policy evaluations
• Support Autopac transactions and related tasks

Requirements:
• Minimum two years in personal lines insurance
• Current Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License
• Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
• Positive team-oriented communication skills
