• Support Financial Consultants with timely service and sales assistance
• Facilitate effective communication with clients, addressing all inquiries




• Process and prepare necessary client documentation and correspondence
• Coordinate on-site and virtual meetings, ensuring readiness
• Maintain a follow-up system for ongoing client engagements

Requirements:
• Solid dedication to an exceptional client experience
• Ability to work flexibly in dynamic environments
• Understanding of financial products and compliance regulations
• College diploma or equivalent in business, commerce
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with CRM knowledge
