Handle a broad range of hands‑on general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting

What We're Looking For
Minimum of 2+ years in property maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, construction, or a similar trade‑based role
Skilled across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry — and confident troubleshooting when things don't go to plan
A strong communicator who works well independently and collaborates seamlessly with a team
Detail‑oriented and committed to high‑quality workmanship on every job
Comfortable with digital work order systems and mobile communication tools
Familiar with Whistler and the surrounding area (an asset, but not required)
Valid BC driver's license required
Flexible and available for evenings (to 8pm), weekends, and on‑call shifts as needed
