In this full-time role, you will focus on preparing and setting up buffets, appetizers, and a salad bar, serving up to 150 people daily. Collaboration is essential as you maintain a clean kitchen and follow health regulations. Your efficient, sanitary, and consistent culinary practices will directly impact guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily buffets and salad bars for large groups
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Follow health and safety regulations diligently
• Prepare special-order appetizers,



including vegan options
• Communicate effectively with supervisors on kitchen operations

Requirements:
• Culinary diploma preferred, with Food Secure certification
• 2-3 years of cooking experience in similar roles
• Ability to work on feet and lift moderate weights
• Effective communication skills and team collaboration
• Punctual with a strong work ethic
