Utilize your case management skills as a Level 1 Recovery Coordinator at ACC. In this full-time position, you’ll support clients in achieving their recovery goals every weekday.

As a Recovery Coordinator, you will be the primary contact for individuals overcoming injuries and challenges. You will collaborate closely with clients, their families, providers, and employers while managing rehabilitation plans. Your role is crucial in removing obstacles to recovery and ensuring effective communication throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person
• Manage and implement rehabilitation plans effectively
• Assess client needs and facilitate support services
• Support clients in achieving their personal recovery goals




• Engage with stakeholders to strengthen recovery pathways

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills for clear, supportive interactions
• Curious mindset to apply relevant technical and legislative knowledge
• Experience in case management is beneficial but not essential
• Adaptability and resilience in demanding situations
• Clean Recent Zealand driver’s license for occasional travel
